Job Summary

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Prepare and serve meals or snacks as instructed.
• Assist children with homework or educational activities.
• Organize creative and fun activities such as games, arts, and crafts.
• Maintain cleanliness in play areas, bedrooms, and eating spaces.
• Follow parents’ instructions regarding bedtime, meals, and routines.
• Change diapers, assist with toilet training, and maintain proper hygiene.
• Handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
• Communicate regularly with parents about the child’s behavior, activities, and needs.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Previous babysitting or childcare experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, responsibility, and a caring attitude.
• Basic first aid knowledge (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple children and handle unexpected situations.
