Job Summary

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children at all times.
• Prepare and serve healthy meals or snacks.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, and diaper changing (if required).
• Engage children in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized play and living area.
• Follow daily routines (mealtime, nap, study, and playtime).
• Communicate with parents regarding the child’s progress and any concerns.
• Provide emotional support and ensure a happy environment for the children.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum qualification: Matric or Intermediate (preferred).
• Previous experience in babysitting, nanny, or childcare work is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of child behavior and development.
• Kind, patient, and responsible nature.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle children gently and with care.
• Capable of following daily routines (feeding, bathing, nap time, playtime).
• Must be alert and attentive at all times.
• Ability to handle minor emergencies calmly.
• Basic knowledge of first aid is a plus.
• Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Clean, well-groomed, and organized.
• Emotionally stable and able to manage stress.
• Flexible with working hours when needed.
