Job Summary

 Job Role / Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:  

• Support teachers; in the Middle School, SSC and HSSC Programmes, training sessions, regular visits, awareness sessions, and marketing visits etc.
• Develop high quality trainings based on identified needs and requirements
• Conduct need analysis for the upcoming trainings
• Conduct trainings and provide ongoing support to schools as part of the PBL and high-stake programmes
• Compile and manage repository of created materials and data collected
• Develop creative quality projects for PBL and SSC/HSSC
• Work with academic specialists and other trainers to develop high quality training material for various training activities for school teachers (primary and middle school , SSC and HSSC ) based on the needs
• Engage teachers in the development of effective materials for their classrooms, and encourage their participation in research
• Conduct high standard research in the areas of PBL, SSC and HSSC
• Visit schools for observations, meetings with leadership, marketing and awareness.

Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

 You should have: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Science/Humanities, or any other related fields (Masters would be preferred)
• At least 2-3 years of experience in educational or examinational set up.
• Teaching experience
• Good MS Office skills
• Good communication skills (English and Urdu)
• Good analytical, research and report writing skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills
• Willingness to travel for work related assignments.
