Job Summary

The Associate School Head will be responsible for providing leadership to the school, maintaining the desired teaching and learning standards, curriculum enrichment, resource provision, coordinating with the parents and the community, ensuring a high standard of the learning environment in the school, and administering policies, processes, and systems.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 16 years of education
  • Preferably with a professional degree like B.Ed/ M.Ed
  • Minimum 3 years of teaching/management experience in an educational institution.
  • The candidate should have effective communication skills, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is desirable.
