Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy Associate Recruiter to support a mission-critical hiring project for the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). This is a fast-paced role where you will manage the heavy lifting of candidate sourcing, initial screening, and documentation management. You will work directly under the Lead Recruiter to ensure we hit aggressive hiring targets while maintaining 100% compliance with institutional standards.
Role and Responsibilities
High-Volume Sourcing: Identify and engage qualified candidates through job portals, social media, and professional databases.
Initial Vetting: Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate eligibility, technical alignment, and cultural fit.
Documentation Management: Ensure all candidate files (educational degrees, certifications, and experience letters) meet the rigorous audit standards required for FBR projects.
Interview Coordination: Schedule high volumes of interviews, managing calendars across multiple departments and panels.
Pipeline Tracking: Maintain real-time updates in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) or trackers to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for applicants, providing clear updates and professional guidance through the hiring funnel.
Skills and Qualification:
Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment (Experience with public sector or large-scale technical projects is a major plus).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’ll be the "voice" of this project.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (can you handle a VLOOKUP?), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern ATS platforms.
