The National Institute of Banking And Finance State Bank Of Pakistan invites application for the position of Associate Manager Admin and Finance .

National Institute of banking and finance (NIBAF) has launched National Financial Literacy Program for Youth (NFLP-Y). Basic aim of program is to impart essential financial education to Pakistani youth and school going children for strengthening of their money management skills and understanding of financial matters. 

Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in drawing up the administrative budget of the Bank’s Country Office following the schedule set by the Budget Department while taking into account the particular investment needs of the Office;
  • Ensure recording, up-dating and monitoring expenditure in accordance with the Bank’s internal control rules and procedures.
  • Ensure timely payments of all bills for COMG in line with established financial procedures and regulations.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of payment vouchers and all other supporting documents.
  • Process for payment and maintain individual staff mission expenditure; advances and balances.
  • Report periodically on the status of budget implementation and propose possible revisions.
  • Establishing procedures and controls to improve efficiency of service and identify cost savings and promote efficient use of Bank resources.

Required Skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent from HEC recognized university/institute in Business Administration/Economics/Development Finance/Information Technology/Project Management or other relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Maximum age limit is 45 years.
