Regent Plaza Hotel & Conventional Centre is seeking a profile for the position of Assistant to Company Secretary
Job description/ work includes:

  • E filling of all Secretarial forms/ return of SECP & PSX.
  • Minutes Writing.  Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and general meeting.
  • Drafting Resolutions.
  • Maintain statutory books including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
  • Acting as point of contact# with the secretariat for broad, members and other stakeholders.


Required Skills
  • Should have expertise in English 
  • Timing: 9am to 6pm
  • Qualification: Graduate
  • Experience: at least 3 years of experience on same position
