. Job description/ work includes:
E filling of all Secretarial forms/ return of SECP & PSX.
Minutes Writing. Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and general meeting.
Drafting Resolutions.
Maintain statutory books including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
Acting as point of contact# with the secretariat for broad, members and other stakeholders.
