The individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the assigned location, ensuring smooth coordination of resources, team activities, and administrative functions. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a high level of responsibility for maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding company property.
Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee the space, resources, team, attendance, and overall operations at the assigned location.
Manage session records of clients and therapists, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle emails and correspondence in coordination with executives and the accountant.
Look after maintenance, bills, and operational matters of the space.
Manage documentation on Google Drive, including assigning folders and organizing documents.
Address feedback or grievances from therapists or clients and ensure proper data handling.
Schedule sessions for the CEO and designated practitioners as directed by the team.
Safekeep and responsibly handle office property, including keys, documents, mobile devices, and laptops.
Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information at all times.
Work Environment:
This role requires working 5 days onsite and 1 day online, interacting with multiple clients, and occasionally handling urgent operational matters outside standard hours.
Required Skills
Skill and Qualification:
Intermediate, BA or B.COM
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
