Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

You will be responsible to:

  • provide IT technical support to SONAM faculty, staff, and computer labs
  • manage classroom multimedia and PC systems
  • maintain asset list for laptops, PCs, printers, and multimedia equipment
  • type departmental memos, reports, and formats
  • book spaces for daily post/pre-conferences, extra classes, meetings, seminars, and workshops
  • raise catering requests for official events
  • submit online payment requests
  • submit daily online transport requests for SONAM students' clinical activities
  • lodge complaints with the maintenance department
  • perform administrative activities as assigned by the coordinator
  • provide logistical support during SONAM events
  • submit online purchase requests for IT accessories
  • provide administrative support during examinations.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Intermediate education level
  • at least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • skilled in secretarial tasks and administrative procedures
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • capable of working independently
  • excellent time management skills
