raise catering requests for official events
submit online payment requests
submit daily online transport requests for SONAM students' clinical activities
lodge complaints with the maintenance department
perform administrative activities as assigned by the coordinator
provide logistical support during SONAM events
submit online purchase requests for IT accessories
provide administrative support during examinations.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Intermediate education level
at least 1 year of relevant work experience
proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
good verbal and written communication skills
skilled in secretarial tasks and administrative procedures
ability to maintain confidentiality
capable of working independently
excellent time management skills
