Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline development
  • Drive OD initiatives, performance enablement, and cultural transformation
  • Design and execute training & engagement programs
  • Manage onboarding, surveys, and employee development activities
     

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in Talent Talent Acquisition, OD, or L&D.
  • Strong recruitment & sourcing expertise
  • Exposure to training, engagement, and OD tools
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, LMS, and survey tools
