Job Summary

Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is looking for seasoned and dynamic Asst. Manager Supply Chain for its Central Office, Karachi. 

Asst. Manager Supply Chain is responsible to provide support to Manager in procurement of capital, consumable and services for all AKHS, P operations in liaison with AKU Group Purchase and in accordance with the procurement SOPs.

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage proper utilization of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) system.
  • To carry out the process of procurement (from obtaining purchase requisition to execution of purchase order (RFQs, Comparative statement, and negotiation) along with making proper documentation of capital, consumable, and pharma items and follow-ups for delivery.
  • Responsible for Analysis of inventory in terms of cost, expiry, quantity, inventory days etc.  
  • Responsible for Collaboration and Liaison with all stakeholders i.e., Regional Teams, Vendors, Inter departments in terms of inventory and other assigned tasks.
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting of Physical & Floor Stock.
  • Managing & monitoring matrix, KPI tracking & institutional reports.
  • Preparation of Dash Boards with the current status of procurement.
  • Prepare presentation for management reporting.
  • Preparation and present Project Reports and procurement plan. 
  • Preparation of Strategic & Routine Capex Reports. 
  • Any other task assigned by supervisor

 

Required Skills

Education, Skills & Competencies

  • Graduate, Preferably MBA in Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years working experience
  • Excel, Word & Power Point skills.
  • Aware of usage of Ms. Dynamics 365 (ERP)
  • Having good Presentation skills
  • Ability to work with non-technical staff and support routine data collection and quality checks
  • Attention to detail and ability to forensically trouble shoot problems, debugging and error checking
  • Ability to clearly explain processes and workings at an appropriate depth to a non-technical audience
  • Highly organized and able to deliver results according to time-bound deadlines
  • Having good verbal & Nonverbal skills.
