Conduct training needs analysis, identify skill gaps, and deliver highly engaging training sessions.
Ensure all associates and trainees joining the hotel complete a comprehensive orientation program.
Create, track, and evaluate professional development plans for all Managers.
Conduct spot checks on training topics, hygiene, grooming standards, and other tasks assigned by leadership
Carry out brand standards audits in coordination with Head of Departments, identify gaps, and develop action plans to address non-compliance.
Required Skills
Skills And Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
8+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Passion for developing people and enhancing employee performance.
