Job Summary

We are looking for Assistant Manager Partnership / Marketing who will be responsible for onboarding companies and build partnership with our venture.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and business growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives.

  • Assist in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies across digital, print, and event platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, campaign effectiveness, and ROI to provide actionable insights.

  • Support in drafting proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective and existing partners.

  • Organize and manage events, sponsorships, and promotional activities with partners.

  • Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors, and clients to ensure long-term collaboration.

  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for partnership and brand development.

  • Ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency in all partnership and marketing initiatives.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • At least Bachelors degree
  • Presentable
  • Strong communication
  • Sales and Marketing experienced will be preferred
  • Banking / Insurance industry will be plus point
