Maintain comprehensive operational records including stocking data, feed consumption, mortality records, equipment logs, and inventory records.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions for equipment, feed, medicines, chemicals, machinery, and other consumables.
Coordinate procurement activities and follow up with vendors and suppliers.
Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports covering production, expenses, procurement status, and operational updates.
Assist in preparation of business plans, cost projections, and financial forecasts for aquaculture operations.
Maintain documentation related to expenses, invoices, quotations, and supplier contracts.
Support budgeting and cost monitoring processes.
Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Coordinate with field staff to collect accurate operational data for reporting.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum 1 years of experience
At least Bachelors Degree
Candidate should have basic knowledge of MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)
Having basic knowledge of aquaculture is an added advantage
