We are seeking a proactive and articulate Relationship Manager to act as the vital link between our organization and our key stakeholders. In this role, you will be required to attend meetings, responsible for seamless coordination between internal departments and external partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who combines strong management capabilities with analytical problem-solving skills.

Role and  Responsibilities

Stakeholder Coordination & Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned external clients/partners and internal teams.
  • Facilitate smooth workflow and communication between different departments to ensure timely and accurately policy issuance and related functions.

Analytical & Strategic Problem Solving

  • Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for service improvement.
  • Proactively solve conflicts and address concerns with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to track the health of business relationships.

Skills and Qualification:

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, assess situations logically, and make data-driven decisions.

Organisational Management: Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to network and build rapport easily.
