Act as a technical subject matter expert and primary point of contact for customer and partner technical inquiries
Provide in-depth technical support for Sophos products and solutions, including troubleshooting, problem resolution, and proactive recommendations for improvement
Engage with customers and partners to understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and build strong relationships
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to drive customer success and support product development efforts
Participate in technical presentations, demos, and product evaluations for customers and partners
Contribute to the development of technical content, including knowledge base articles, technical white papers, and other resources
Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, trends, and industry best practices, and share insights with the team
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
A minimum of 4 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, with a focus on cybersecurity or related technology
Extensive hands-on experience with Sophos products and solutions, as well as other security technologies
Strong customer-facing and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide proactive recommendations for improvement
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Knowledge of network security, security protocols, and security best practices
Certified Sophos Engineer, CCNP, CCIE, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
