The incumbent will support to Manager Human Resources in all HR-related matters. He/she will also assist in payroll management, recruitment, and other operational activities.
Responsibilities:
Process and maintain staff medical insurance claim records and other relevant documents.
Support the HR Manager in planning and organizing the recruitment process and its reporting.
Preparation of monthly payroll, including employee-related taxation along with its reconciliation.
Ensure accurate and timely issuance of contract/probation/confirmation letters.
Supporting the Manager HR on different reporting, audits, HR Dashboard, final settlements, etc.
Assist in the training and follow-up of the Performance Appraisal process.
Undertake all HR operations and assist in the day-to-day activities of the HR Department.
Skills:
Must have an excellent grip on Microsoft Office. Advanced-level expertise in Excel is the prerequisite.
Incumbent must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration from a reputable institution, however, a Master's degree will be preferable.
At least 3 to 4 years of experience in the management of HR Functions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and intense pressure to perform.
S/he must have good command over spoken and written English.
S/he must demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and should have good interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
