Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join our team in Sukkur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Training & Development activities at the area level.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete Talent Acquisition portfolio, including recruitment drives, interviews, coordination with business during hiring, and arrangement of hiring documentation.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires with completion of all required formalities at the regional level.
  • Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations/fact-finding, and proceed with disciplinary actions in coordination with Head Office.
  • Work closely with area management to improve work relationships, build morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
  • Support regional HR in handling disciplinary matters at area level.
  • Deliver various training sessions, including Product Trainings, Policy Awareness sessions, SOP Refreshers, Personal & Professional Development Trainings, and new joiner orientations.
  • Make necessary arrangements for both internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain and report training records, attendance details, and training expenses across the area.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s in Science or BBA / MBA (preferably in HR or related field)
  • Minimum 4–6 years of overall work experience
