Immediate Opening – Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – R&D (Food & Beverage – Pizza Industry)

A leading pizza company is seeking a creative and experienced R&D professional for its Head Office to drive product innovation, recipe development, and menu enhancement.

Location: Karachi

Strong expertise in recipe development, menu engineering, and food innovation

Role and  Responsibilities:

•  Develop new products, recipes, and innovative menu items
• Enhance existing products, taste profiles, and food quality
• Research food trends, ingredients, and customer preferences
• Standardize recipes, product specifications, and costing
• Coordinate product trials, testing, and launches
• Ensure food safety, quality, and compliance standards

Ideal Candidate:

A passionate food innovator with strong product development experience within QSR / Pizza / Food Manufacturing.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Food Science or a relevant field
• Relevant certifications will be a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage R&D / Product Development
• Chef / Culinary experience will be an added advantage
