Job Summary

The Assistant Manager/Sr. Coordinator Marketing and Communication will lead the development and execution of creative and digital marketing campaigns targeted at schools, students, and parents. This role requires a strong understanding of content creation, and digital platforms to drive brand engagement, promote programs, and strengthen relationships with the school community.

Role and Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Content Development

  • Develop creative concepts, visual assets, and storytelling content tailored attract parents, Donors and the Community.
  • Design marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, banners, emailers, videos, and digital ads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with overall brand and school outreach goals.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and other online platforms.
  • Manage the content calendar specifically focused on school engagement, student recruitment, and events.
  • Monitor performance and implement strategies to improve visibility and engagement.

Social Media Management

  • Create and publish engaging content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, with a focus on school-related campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, student/parent and donors’ engagement patterns, and competitor activities.
  • Respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

Event & Campaign Support

  • Design promotional materials and digital assets for school outreach events, open houses, and exhibitions.
  • Capture photo/video content during events for use in post-event promotions and future campaigns.
  • Support hybrid and virtual event marketing through livestreaming and digital engagement tools.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns, social media, and content engagement.
  • Use insights to refine messaging, targeting, and creative output.
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs relevant to school marketing efforts.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing and content creation, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, InDesign) or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid ads, and strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling, writing, and visual design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Basic photography/videography skills are a plus.
  • Willing to visit frequently in all campuses.
