Manage the entire contract lifecycle process, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure all contracts align with AKESP objectives and compliance requirements.
Review and analyse existing contracts to identify areas of improvement or potential risks
Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, clients, and partners to secure favourable agreements.
Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and record-keeping to facilitate audit and reporting.
Provide training to staff on contract management best practices and compliance requirements.
Develop and implement strategies for improving contract management processes and systems.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, identifying issues and recommending corrective actions.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors based on business needs.
Monitor vendor performance using KPIs and SLAs.
Conduct regular vendor reviews and resolve disputes or performance issues.
Ensure vendors comply with policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Any other task assigned by immediate supervisor.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
A candidate with a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management
2–3 years of experience in contract management, vendor management, procurement, or a related field brings valuable expertise to the role.
Contract management is a specialized field that requires strong knowledge to ensure legal compliance, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency.
The candidate possesses strong negotiation skills and the ability to efficiently draft and analyze contracts, along with an in-depth understanding of contract law and compliance requirements.
Additionally, they are capable of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in contract and vendor management software and tools further enhances their ability to perform effectively in this role.
