Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Support in accounts payable and receivable management.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records on a regular basis.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulations.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Monitor expenses and prepare expense reports for management review.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial data.
  • Provide administrative and financial support to the Finance Officer/Manager as required.

Required Skills

Skill and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant finance or accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
