Job Summary

As an Amazon Marketplace Assistant at Titans Corporation, you will be responsible for optimizing our presence on the Amazon marketplace, ensuring our products are well-represented, and facilitating a seamless customer experience. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and want to contribute to the success of our online retail operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Listing and Optimization: Create and manage product listings on Amazon, including writing compelling product descriptions and ensuring accurate product details.
  • Optimize product images, titles, and keywords to improve discoverability and drive sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels on Amazon to ensure products are in stock and available for purchase.
  • Coordinate with the inventory team to restock products as needed.
  • Pricing and Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor pricing and market trends to adjust pricing strategies for our products accordingly.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and address issues related to orders, returns, and product information promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Keyword Research and SEO: Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance product visibility on Amazon's search results.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including Amazon Sponsored Products, promotions, and deals to boost product sales.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, conversion rates, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all product listings and activities on Amazon comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

 

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate-level qualifications
  • Strong interest in e-commerce and online retail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus but not required.
