Job Summary

We are looking for candidate for the position of Assistant Accounts Officer. 

Role and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for financial bookkeeping, processes invoices, records payments, track expenses of the organization and reporting the same.

Financial Record Keeping:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Fresh or with 1 year of experience 
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Ability to maintain collaborative work relations with all levels of staff.
  • Strong commitment to team work and knowledge sharing.
