We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Amazon Marketplace Intern. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, specifically focusing on Amazon Marketplace. The selected candidate will have the chance to work closely with our dynamic team and gain valuable insights into the fast-paced world of online retail.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Store Management:

•    Assist in the day-to-day management of our Amazon Marketplace store.
•    Contribute to product listings, ensuring accuracy and optimization for search.
•    Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries.

Inventory and Order Management:

•    Support inventory management activities, including tracking stock levels and replenishment.
•    Assist in processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely manner.
•    Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Marketing and Promotions:

•    Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns on the Amazon platform.
•    Assist in creating product promotions and discounts to drive sales.
•    Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

•    Compile and analyze data related to sales, customer behavior, and product performance.
•    Prepare regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Customer Service:

•    Support customer service activities, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
•    Maintain a positive and responsive communication with customers.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed Marketing, or a related field.
• Passion for e-commerce and interest in learning about Amazon Marketplace operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of online retail and e-commerce platforms.
