Role and Responsibilities:

  • Create and upload product listings on Amazon and eBay
  • Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions
  • Optimize listings with relevant keywords to improve visibility and ranking
  • Manage product images, pricing, and inventory updates
  • Ensure listings comply with Amazon and eBay policies and guidelines
  • Monitor listing performance and make improvements as needed
  • Handle bulk uploads using tools like Excel or listing software
  • Coordinate with the inventory and sales team for product updates
  • Resolve listing issues, errors, or account-related concerns

 

Required Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing professional Amazon Seller Central and eBay Store accounts.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency with multi-channel listing tools (e.g., Linnworks, ChannelAdvisor, or Shopify) is a major plus.

  • Writing: Strong English copywriting skills with the ability to balance "salesy" language with technical accuracy.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to read sales reports and adjust listing strategies based on data trends.

  • Organization: High attention to detail; you’re the type of person who catches a typo in a 500-word description instantly.
