Job Summary

Job Description:

Operation and maintenance experience of MEP system of commercial building .

Role and Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience of electrical and electronics works , Design maintenance strategies, procedure and methods, and developed documents according to preventive, breakdown.
• Carry out routine maintenance work and quickly responds to Equipment’s Faults.
• Good knowledge of MEP system operation and maintenance , HVAC Compressors Fire Alarms and controlling.
• Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment’s and also develop inventory of technical equipment lists.
• Monitor and control maintenance cost, energy cost and improve health and safety policies in surrounding areas.
• Report to BUH and Head of technical on daily basis and high light major issues
