Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

Alumni Data Management and Tracking

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive alumni database for all schools in the South Region.
  • Collect and update information on alumni profiles, educational progression, career trajectories, and contributions to society.
  • Coordinate with school heads and administrative staff to ensure accurate data collection and regular updates.
  • Ensure data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance with AKESP data protection guidelines.

 

  1. Analysis and Reporting
    • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in alumni outcomes and school impact.
    • Prepare periodic reports, dashboards, and briefs summarizing alumni achievements and areas for institutional improvement.
    • Support evidence-based decision-making by sharing insights with regional and national leadership.

 

  1. Alumni Engagement and Communication
    • Support the design and implementation of alumni outreach and engagement activities, including events, surveys, and newsletters.
    • Maintain regular communication with alumni networks through social media, emails, and online platforms.
    • Assist in developing strategies to strengthen the relationship between AKESP schools and their alumni.

 

  1. Collaboration and Coordination
    • Work closely with Career Counselling, MEAL, Education, and Communications teams to align alumni tracking with institutional goals.
    • Provide input into school development planning and reporting processes by integrating alumni insights.
    • Support schools in identifying distinguished alumni for recognition and storytelling.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • The candidate with graduation degree social sciences, Education, Statistics, Data Management, 
  • Related field and having 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in data management, alumni engagement, or research in any educational institutions will be preferred.
  • However, candidates with Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or other data management tools and basic understanding of data analysis and visualization will be given preference.

 

The ideal candidate should have strong supervision, administrative, planning, and communication skills, a strong command over MS. Office, and be able to work productively under pressure.
