Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct field research related to crops, soil, irrigation, and farming practices.
Collect, analyze, and interpret agricultural data and prepare research reports.
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of agricultural development projects.
Coordinate with farmers, stakeholders, and local communities for data collection and awareness sessions.
Assist in preparing project proposals, feasibility studies, and technical documentation.
Monitor project progress and ensure activities are aligned with objectives.
Provide recommendations for improving agricultural productivity and sustainability.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, surveys, and research findings.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
