Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct field research related to crops, soil, irrigation, and farming practices.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret agricultural data and prepare research reports.

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of agricultural development projects.

  • Coordinate with farmers, stakeholders, and local communities for data collection and awareness sessions.

  • Assist in preparing project proposals, feasibility studies, and technical documentation.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure activities are aligned with objectives.

  • Provide recommendations for improving agricultural productivity and sustainability.

  • Maintain accurate records of field visits, surveys, and research findings.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Science, or a related field.

  • Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

  • Fresh candidates may apply (field experience preferred).
