Perform accurate data entry for client information, applications, and documentation.
Communicate with clients to collect necessary documents, clarify case details, and provide updates.
Support the preparation of Expressions of Interest (EOI), visa applications, and skills assessments (training provided).
Manage CSR-related tasks and client service coordination.
Handle front desk management, including walk-in clients and initial query handling.
Conductclient dealing and professional conversations across phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Make timely calls and follow-ups to clients and leads to achieve assigned targets.
Assist in client and customer handling, ensuring a professional and helpful approach.
Contribute to marketing activities, including promotional videos and social media content creation.
Maintain organized records in CRM and case management systems.
Coordinate with migration agents and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow up with clients on missing documents, payments, or additional information.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Be available to support additional operational tasks as assigned based on business needs.
Required Skills
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Law, Business, International Relations preferred but not mandatory).
0–2 years of experience in data entry, client handling, or customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Creativity and willingness to contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
