Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to maintain discipline and order within the staff house premises.
Handling procurement processes for necessary supplies and amenities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
Managing stock inventory and conducting regular audits to maintain adequate levels of essential items.
Providing administrative support to staff members, including facilitating communication and resolving any concerns or grievances.
Maintaining accurate records of occupancy, expenses, and other relevant data for reporting purposes.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with regulatory requirements
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, with a diploma in hospitality management is preferred.
Candidate must also have 2-3 years of experience managing a staff house, hostel, officers' mess, or reputable hotel.
Proficiency in IT skills, especially MS Office, is required, along with knowledge of procurement processes and stock management.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also essential.
Preference will be given to residents of Gilgit and Danyor local councils.
