Job Summary

The Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to maintain discipline and order within the staff house premises.
  • Handling procurement processes for necessary supplies and amenities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Managing stock inventory and conducting regular audits to maintain adequate levels of essential items.
  • Providing administrative support to staff members, including facilitating communication and resolving any concerns or grievances.
  • Maintaining accurate records of occupancy, expenses, and other relevant data for reporting purposes.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills
  • The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, with a diploma in hospitality management is preferred.
  • Candidate must also have 2-3 years of experience managing a staff house, hostel, officers' mess, or reputable hotel.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, especially MS Office, is required, along with knowledge of procurement processes and stock management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also essential.

Preference will be given to residents of Gilgit and Danyor local councils.
