Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate online interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date online employee records and digital files
  • Conduct timecard and attendance audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform invoice reconciliation and verify billing accuracy
  • Create and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
  • Support general HR administrative tasks and processes
  • Utilize web-based HR software applications for data management and reporting

Required Skills

Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (any field)
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English writing and speaking

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using online web-based HR software applications
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles if any

Work Requirements:

  • High-speed internet connection (mandatory for remote work)
  • Own laptop/computer with Licensed software
  • Dedicated workspace conducive to professional remote work
  • Availability to work during US Alaska time zone hours
