Maintain accurate and up-to-date online employee records and digital files
Conduct timecard and attendance audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Perform invoice reconciliation and verify billing accuracy
Create and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
Support general HR administrative tasks and processes
Utilize web-based HR software applications for data management and reporting
Required Skills
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor's degree (any field)
Language Skills: Proficient in English writing and speaking
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using online web-based HR software applications
Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative roles if any
Work Requirements:
High-speed internet connection (mandatory for remote work)
Own laptop/computer with Licensed software
Dedicated workspace conducive to professional remote work
Availability to work during US Alaska time zone hours
