Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Managing HR stationery & Supplies with complete records of receipts, issuances and stock. Coordinate with Employee Services leader for Approval & Processing
  • Perform shredding of documents for office area, both first and ground floors.
  • Correspond with visitors on email for travel arrangements and fulfill requests for invitation letters. Get these documents signed by HR manager.
  • Provide support in the upholding of standards in different HR areas of cafeteria, store room, training room, COE room, gym and areas.
  • Arrange safety shoes, hair/beard nets and any required amenities for visitors.
