Are you organized, creative, and love making things look good online?
We’re looking for a young, energetic person who can handle admin work and bring our school’s activities to life through photos, videos, and social media posts!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and coordination
  • Capture amazing photos and videos of school life
  • Create eye-catching designs using Canva (or similar tools)
  • Basic knowledge of Video and Photo editing
  • Post and manage content on Instagram & Facebook
     

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience in administration and/or social media management.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Creativity, time management, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
