Job Summary

The Admin Officer will be responsible for performing a range of administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate meetings.
  • Address and manage administrative requests and queries from schools and other stakeholders, providing timely support.
  • Receive materials and supplies, issue Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and maintain a dispatch register to track incoming and outgoing items.
  • Ensure timely delivery of items to the respective units.
  • Compile demand lists for supplies and other required items.
  • Tag fixed assets and support annual physical verification of assets.
  • Maintain vehicle logbooks and coordinate staff travel arrangements.

  • The ideal candidate should have 16 years of education in any discipline (minimum second division
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity at an institution of good repute.
  • Additionally, effective communication, proficiency in English, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
