Job Summary

The Admin Officer will be responsible for:

  • Repair & Maintenance: Coordinating and supervising repair and maintenance activities.
  • Purchase / Budget Implementation: Implementing and monitoring the budget for purchases and expenses.
  • Timely Delivery/Receiving: Ensuring timely delivery/receiving of items and processing bill filings.
  • Disbursement: Overseeing the disbursement process for students.
  • Security: Ensuring security measures are in place and functioning effectively, liaising with all legal bodies and securities, and acting as a bridge between SMT and legal bodies for safety and security.
  • Asset Management: Overseeing the management of school assets.
  • Event Management: Planning and executing various school events efficiently.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. However, candidates with higher qualifications and experience will be given preference.
  • Strong supervision, administrative, planning, and communication skills, a strong command of MS Office, and the ability to work productively under pressure are essential.
