Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Incharge to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative staff, maintaining office systems, and supporting senior management with efficient coordination.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day administrative activities
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure operational efficiency
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence for management
  • Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
  • Handle vendor management and service contracts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and improve administrative processes
