Role and Responsibiilties:
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Maintain records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules
Prepare reports, letters, and official documents
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
Monitor office supplies and place purchase requests when required
Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
