Job Summary:

The Admin Assistant will oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of school facilities and support services. The role includes managing staff attendance and duty rosters, supervising cleanliness and maintenance, handling student registration and coordination with regulatory bodies, and maintaining inventory and documentation. The individual will also monitor utilities and petty cash, manage records and correspondence, and support HR in administrative tasks while ensuring timely completion of responsibility

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance of support & security staff, and share monthly reports with HR.
  • Supervise support staff, assign cleaning duties, and ensure high standards of cleanliness across school premises.
  • Inspect classrooms, corridors, grounds, and facilities regularly; address complaints related to cleaning and maintenance.
  • Handle school registration, student enrollment, examinations, and coordination with regulatory bodies as per policies.
  • Manage inventory, maintain stock levels, and process requisitions, GRNs, and issuance of supplies.
  • Oversee administrative tasks including filing, documentation, email handling, and maintenance of office records.
  • Monitor utilities, fuel consumption, petty cash, equipment maintenance, and support HR in administrative matters.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 year(s) of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in General Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage daily operations efficiently.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer tools and office software (e.g., MS Office).
