Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  •  Managing procurement processes, including inviting quotations, placing purchase orders, maintaining records, ensuring timely delivery/receipt of items, and processing bills.
  •  Handling courier services and maintaining dispatch records.
  •  Ensuring timely payment of utility bills and maintaining related records.
  •  Arranging transport for staff, as required.
  •  Coordinating with different departments for administrative matters.
  •  Ensuring the availability of official stationery, maintaining stock records, and managing inventory.
  •  Arranging meetings and related logistics and supporting general administrative operations including premises safety and security.
  • · Supervising cleanliness of the school premises and performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • The ideal candidate must have an Intermediate / graduate degree 
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field; have effective communication and interpersonal skills, a strong command over MS Office and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
