Managing procurement processes, including inviting quotations, placing purchase orders, maintaining records, ensuring timely delivery/receipt of items, and processing bills.
Handling courier services and maintaining dispatch records.
Ensuring timely payment of utility bills and maintaining related records.
Arranging transport for staff, as required.
Coordinating with different departments for administrative matters.
Ensuring the availability of official stationery, maintaining stock records, and managing inventory.
Arranging meetings and related logistics and supporting general administrative operations including premises safety and security.
· Supervising cleanliness of the school premises and performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Skills and Qualification:
The ideal candidate must have an Intermediate / graduate degree
At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant field; have effective communication and interpersonal skills, a strong command over MS Office and be able to work efficiently under pressure.
