Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the school management and academic staff.
  • Maintain student records, attendance, and academic documentation.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Handle office files, data entry, and documentation.
  • Assist in fee collection and maintain basic accounting records.
  • Coordinate class schedules, meetings, and school activities.
  • Communicate professionally with students, parents, and staff.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Perform computer-based tasks using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Support the principal and teachers in academic and administrative activities.
