Role and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and vouchers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Record and reconcile bank statements, cash books, and general ledger accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
Ensure timely processing of salaries, taxes, and statutory payments
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Coordinate with management on financial matters and reporting
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
Good communication and interpersonal skills
