Job Summary

Job Title: Accounts ExecutiveJob Overview:

Aroma 24/7 Pakistan is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting operations along with working knowledge of Odoo ERP and Shopify platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage financial data efficiently.

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly
• Handle vendor payments and maintain supplier ledgers
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and expense tracking
• Record and monitor online sales transactions from Shopify
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams for order and payment verification
• Assist in monthly closing, audits, and tax documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Required Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience (Mid-Level Position)
• ​Working knowledge of Odoo ERP is mandatory
• Familiarity with Shopify transactions and reporting is required
• Strong command of MS Excel and accounting tools
• Good understanding of bookkeeping principles
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Preferred Skills:

• Strong Grip on Odoo and Shopify
• Experience in retail or FMCG industry
• Basic knowledge of taxation and compliance in Pakistan
• Strong organizational and communication skills
