Job Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining financial records and ledgers.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support in bank reconciliation and daily cash flow monitoring.
- Handle data entry and update accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Verify expense claims and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Help with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing or payment issues.
- Maintain filing systems for accounting and administrative documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- High School Diploma.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
