Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, organized, and responsible Accounts Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting tasks, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth finance operations.

Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update daily accounting and financial records.
  • Record purchases, sales, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and related documents.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of expenses and payments.
  • Enter and update accounting information in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets using MS Excel.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain proper records.
  • Organize and maintain accounting files and supporting documents.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the accounts department.
  • Assist with audit, tax, and other finance-related documentation when required.
  • Ensure all financial information is handled accurately and confidentially.
  • Report discrepancies or accounting issues to the relevant supervisor.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

 

Required Skills

    Skills And Qualifications: 

  • Intermediate qualification required; Graduates will be preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting and administrative experience.
  • Basic to good understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
  • Good command of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Confident and professional personality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
  • Hardworking with a hard-cum-smart working approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Details

Job Nature & Location: Indoor | Karachi
Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive Salary based on Qualification & Experience
