Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.

  • Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.

  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.

  • Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Support audit processes by providing required documentation.

  • Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of financial records.

  • Perform data entry into accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems).

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate

  • At least 2 years of experience

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
