Role and Responsibilities:
Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support audit processes by providing required documentation.
Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
Perform data entry into accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems).
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum Intermediate
At least 2 years of experience
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
