Accounts and Finance Manager

Job Summary

Primary Job Role:

To maintain daily books of accounts, proper entry of invoices (sales/purchase), bills, and prepare financial reports on daily basis.   

Job Responsibility:

1. Daily entry of bills, vouchers, sales/purchase invoices in system.              
2. To check and verify daily inventory reports prepared by inventory officer and compare with sales invoices, returns, damages reports accordingly.
3. Cross checking, verification of gate passes, MTVs, sales invoices with sales persons.
4. To ensure collection of cash as per MTVs, and also look after the credit sales and recovery of cash in collaboration with sales/supply persons. Cash payment verification, reconciliation with ledger & physical cash balance. Payment vouchers verification (cashback).
5. Cash & Bank Flow statement. Purchasing material reports and reconciliation with ledger.
6. Store purchase bill verification with purchase order/Purchase Requisition & GRN (Goods Receiving Note)
7. To rectify and cross check daily inventory entries of inventory officer and prepare report of audit and submit to the management.
8. Assets price worth and company total worth should also be calculated and accumulate and should have complete data of factory assets.
9. Cash dealing, pricing, of all raw material and finished goods will be the responsibility of finance & Inventory Manager.
10. Daily reconciliation of supplier vouchers/sales voucher.
11. Yearend Income statement, balance sheet will be prepared and shared with the management.

Main Focus Area:

Daily expenses, petty cash, pricing, inventory pricing, cash receiving, credit sales, recoveries, and monthly financial status of the company.

Key Responsibility:

To very well aware of financial status and total net worth of the company.
