A leading fish processing factory in Gwadar is looking for a dedicated, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position.
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain accurate accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment documents.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Assist in payroll preparation and employee expense reimbursements.
Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations and office activities.
Manage office supplies, vendor communications, and general administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
Provide administrative and accounting support to management as required.
Required Skills
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com, BBA Finance, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance will be an added advantage.
