Job Summary

Resource required for a company located in Karachi.

The incumbent will be responsible undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping. As well as helping the manager, Accounts Assistants also deal with customers and external agencies.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for Overall Accounts & Admin Operations including but not limited to:

  • Handling all sorts phone calls & follow-up’s
  • Bookkeeping & Email Handling
  • Process Invoices
  • Filing of documents
  • Keeping Accurate records of transactions
  • Record Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Update internal system with financial data
  • Reconcile Bank Statements
  • Participate in financial audits
  • Track bank deposits and payments
  • Any other task assigned by your superior/owner
