A company based in Karachi is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage clerical and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will support bookkeeping, administrative duties, customer coordination, and basic financial reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle phone calls and follow-ups
Manage bookkeeping and email correspondence
Process and record invoices
Maintain organized filing of financial and administrative documents
Keep accurate records of all transactions
Record accounts payable and receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Reconcile bank statements
Track bank deposits and outgoing payments
Assist in financial audits
Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager or owner
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounts handling will be a plus
