Job Summary

A company based in Karachi is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage clerical and financial tasks. The ideal candidate will support bookkeeping, administrative duties, customer coordination, and basic financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and follow-ups

  • Manage bookkeeping and email correspondence

  • Process and record invoices

  • Maintain organized filing of financial and administrative documents

  • Keep accurate records of all transactions

  • Record accounts payable and receivable

  • Update internal systems with financial data

  • Reconcile bank statements

  • Track bank deposits and outgoing payments

  • Assist in financial audits

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager or owner

Required Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounts handling will be a plus
